Post Production
- Editing in Adobe Premiere Pro, compositing and motion design in After Effects
- Image editing in Photoshop, layouts in InDesign
- Sound design and audio mixing
Design & Pitch
- Creation of visual assets, layouts, and pitch presentations
- Development of sales materials and proposal documents for new business acquisition
Marketing & Business Development
- CRM management and outreach mailings to potential clients – from research and initial contact to follow-ups
AI-Driven Image & Video Production
- Image and video generation, animation, and audio production using current AI tools – including Veo3, NanoBananaPro, and platform-based tools such as krea.ai or Weavy
- Prompting, iteration, and integration into traditional post-production workflows
- Co-development and documentation of internal AI workflows
Company Building & Processes
- Contributing to portfolio projects and supporting the development of internal structures and processes
Additional Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining social media channels
- On-set support during client productions (depending on project volume and assignment)

Must-Have
- Strong background in post-production – editing, compositing, motion design, image editing, and sound design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop (InDesign is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of Apple iWork (Keynote, Numbers, etc.)
- Solid technical understanding of visual composition and moving image production
- Strong communication skills, structured working style, and high level of self-responsibility
- Interest in AI tools within media production workflows
- Motivation to contribute to the growth and development of a young company
Nice-to-Have
- Motion graphics and advanced animation skills
- Camera experience (DSLR / mirrorless systems)
- Understanding of social media and content strategy
