Energy Participation Management GmbH (EPM) is the holding company behind three Berlin-based specialists in energy and building technology:
- Kraftland GmbH: Technical Building Equipment (TGA) Planning
- Segment Gebäudetechnik GmbH: Skilled Trades (Heating | Plumbing | Air Conditioning)
- Aqua‑Energy‑Plus GmbH: Service and Customer Support (Maintenance | Emergency Service)

Working Student Marketing (f/m/d) – 15–20 hours/week
Tasks
Your Role
You’ll support the marketing team hands-on and contribute fresh ideas for social media, web content, and events – alongside your studies.
Your Tasks
- Content creation for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube (text, image, video)
- Maintenance of WordPress pages and landing pages
- Market and competitor research, KPI reports
- Option to write your bachelor’s or master’s thesis with us
Requirements
Your Profile
- Enrolled in a program such as marketing, media, digital communication or similar
- Initial experience with Canva or Adobe and social media management tools
- Passion for technology topics and a quick grasp of new concepts
