As a founder’s associate, you will support all financial and operational initiatives to steer towards a successful Series A round over the next 12 months. Your role will be hands-on, requiring a blend of entrepreneurial skills and resilience. Your key tasks will include:

• Work closely with our founders on company strategy, go-to-market, business model and investor relations
• Conducting research and publish market analysis internally and to stakeholders
• Support the work on commercial strategy
• Prepare documentation for board meetings and investor communications
• Support our continuous work on company culture and processes
• Support fundraising activities (Series A)

• Excellent undergraduate degree from a top-tier univ., Master's degree or MBA is a plus
• You have gained professional experience in the mobility sector, management consulting, a technology company or VC
• You are available to work with us for 6+ months
• Entrepreneur at heart with a strong hands-on mentality and growth mindset
• Excellent communication skills; Fluency in English, German and other European language skills are a strength
• Strong business sense and decision-making ability based on analytical thinking skills
• Prior knowledge about ML and Computer vision preferred
• Having work experience in a startup or venture capital is a plus.
