You will be responsible for ensuring the operation of the EEX Transparency Platform and will be in contact with international customers via phone and email. Incident management with reporting companies and ensuring data quality are part of your daily business. Support in the creation of specifications and testing of software adaptations in the context of releases will round off your area of responsibility. • Ongoing enrolment at a college or university in the field of computer science, business administration or engineering or comparable fields
• Affinity for technical topics and data, ideally in the field of energy trading
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
• Experience in requirements management and testing of software is an advantage
