Startup Growth & Community Intern (Mandatory Internship, Berlin-Based, Unpaid)

Requirements
- Berlin-based – While day-to-day work is remote, you should be able to attend events, filming, and community interactions in person when needed.
- Strong German and English skills – You can communicate fluently.
- Social wizard – You love engaging with people and building a community.
- Entrepreneurial mindset – You don’t wait for tasks, you create opportunities.
- Hands-on mentality – You’re not just looking for a job, you want to take ownership.
- Confident with TikTok, Instagram, and Gen Z trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in community management, social media, marketing, or event planning (not required but a plus).
- First experience in sales, sponsorships, or partnerships is a bonus.
