Working Student – Office Management (m/f/d)
Location: Berlin / Hybrid (Home Office Option)
Tasks
As part of our dynamic team, you will wear many hats and have a direct impact on our success. Your responsibilities will include:
Operations: Taking care of office management tasks to keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Accounting & Finance: Supporting accounting tasks, such as collecting invoices and tracking expenditures.
Project Reporting: Assisting in the preparation and reporting for publicly funded projects.
Events & Networking: Organizing team events and coordinating our presence at trade fairs.
AI Development: Annotating training data for our AI models, helping the system learn to identify specific garment attributes and defects.
Marketing: Support with new ideas and content creation
Requirements
Languages: You speak and write fluent German and English.
Knowledge: You have a basic understanding of accounting principles.
Mindset: You possess a hands-on mentality and a willingness to support wherever help is needed.
Work Style: You are highly self-organized and structured, with excellent time management skills.
Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable and capable of using AI support to enhance and streamline your daily work.
Bonus points!: It is a big plus if you are familiar with fashion and textiles, as this will help you understand our core mission and speed up the AI annotation process.
